Zoe does NOT like having to deal with people who misgender her maliciously. Aside from the trans allegories, interaction with Zoe may involve body horror and horny on main. I can dial these back if needed.

Basically the idea is Zoe isn't gonna outright say your character is fictional or from a work of fiction. What she could say is something along the lines of "Hey, you remind me of so-and-so from Legally Distinct Canon I watched! What a coincidence!"

Zoe's peers are not exempt from her fanfics.

She has made human AUs of her monsterous classmates. She's made mermaid AUs of her classmates. She's working on a huge AU fic starring many, many versions of her classmate, Liam. She's even shipped the characters in these AUs!
